The Foothills Event Planners are a highly experienced team of coordinators who facilitate the organization of each event. Our goal is to take your vision and collaborate on the methods and details that make your dream a reality. During the planning process, we will assist with budgeting, consulting, creating a time line, and designing a room to fit your theme within your budget.
Because we come from a professional photography background, we view every detail from a photographic perspective. After all, those images will last a lifetime, and we want everything to be picture-perfect, practical, and beautifully designed.

- Two assistant decorators on site for setup and tear down
You book the venue, we handle the rest!
- Practically Perfect Coordination Package
- Photography (six hours and usb of edited images)
- Catering (One entree and two sides, salad, tea and water, acrylic plates, cups and utensils)
- Cake (Groom's cake may be quoted)
- DJ (ceremony and 3 hours reception)
- Bouquets, Boutonnières and Corsages
All Services may be customized, Upgrades available. Videography, Draping, Tents, Tables, Chairs and Linens may be quoted. Starting price is based on 100 guests and may be adjusted to accommodate additional services for more people.
